Conditions of participation
1st organizer
"Hypeneedz / Air Jordan 4 Military Black "is a competition of the Hypeneedz trade sales OHG at the Hypercon X Hypeneedz.
2. Participation rights
Participant can be any natural person who has reached the age of 14. Employees and the organizer, whose family members and household members, are excluded. For important reason, the organizer reserves the right to reject the participation of individuals from the outset or to exclude them from the competition later and also to reclaim the profit. An important reason is, for example, in cases of abuse or fraud (even in experiments) or other violations of the conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to subsequently recognize profits in this case.
3. Content of the competition
Participation in the competition takes place by submitting a fully completed online form and the consequences of the Hypeneedz trade sales OHG on Instagram (@hypeneedz). A winner will be determined electronically on July 21, 2023. The winner receives one Air Jordan 4 Military Black in its size delivered by post. A payment of the profit in cash or the transfer to other people is not possible.
4. Participation; Profit determination
With the participation card, the user agrees that in the event of a profit for profit notification, his full first and last name & his Instagram username may be published on the homepage and the organizer's social channels
5. Data protection
Data protection information: The organizer processes personal data only for the purposes of this competition based on the consent of each participant in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1a EU GDPR. 6. Notification of the winners
The winner's draw will take place on July 21, 2023. The winners will be informed promptly by email and Instagram. The winner must register by email or Instagram by 28.07.2023 at the latest and provide his postal address, as well as his size. Otherwise the profit will expire.
7. Participation period
The competition begins on July 15th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. The participation period ends on July 15th, 2023 at 7:59 p.m.
8. Liability / change and premature termination of the competition
The organizer is not liable for the availability of the Facebook or Instagram website as well as its own Facebook or Instagram website. The organizer is also not liable for any transmission errors. The organizer reserves the right to end the competition at any time, even without compliance with deadlines, in whole or in part or to change it in its course, provided that it is not possible for technical virus (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or error in software and hardware) or legal reasons is to carry out the competition properly.
9. Exemption from Facebook & Instagram
This competition is in no connection to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by the participant is not Facebook or Instagram, but the organizer. The participants released Facebook and Instagram from any liability, which result from claims in connection with the implementation of the competition (in particular its publication and organization). All questions, comments or complaints about the competition must be addressed directly to the organizer and not on Facebook or Instagram.
10. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The legal process is excluded.
