The fashion scene changes constantly and there are always brands that create a small hype and then disappear. This is completely different with Ader Error, the South Korean label was founded in 2014 and has been in growth since then. There are several fans all over the world who celebrate the minimalist style from Asia.

The name "Ader Error" is, as to be assumed, no coincidence. It reflects the view of the fire on the fashion world and is therefore part of the identity - it stands for the idea that errors in fashion are not stamped as a slightly derogatory or negative thing, on the contrary, errors are valuable and important for the creative process. Ader error offers the customer a certain freedom and encourages him to make mistakes themselves and thus rediscover themselves.
An interesting philosophy in an otherwise perfectly such perfect world.
What does the Collab look like?
We get two sneakers directly, one High top and one Low Top Converse Chuck Taylor. The model is known forever, probably one of the first real sneakers that existed - so there is a lot of history behind the silhouette itself. The sneaker is a tribute to the vintage style that goes hand in hand with the chuck.
The Aer Error X Chuck 70 HI comes with a white leather base and an unbelievable number of details such as a second layer of denim, which comes to light due to small excerpts. Small logos can also be recognized here and there and the attention to detail is very amazing. The rubber sole continues the vintage vibe and is slightly yellowish, with astonishingly real dirt. On the side and on the tongue we can see red and blue vein error logos that really fit the denim. Even a small scratch patch was adjusted by the two and attached below the heel. Furthermore, there are many adaptation options, like other laces, of course. The coolest is the clear sole with white and blue accents.
At the Ader error x chuck 70 hi Low you go in a rather different direction. The complete upper is made of blue fabric, which is usually also known for the chucks. A cool detail can be seen directly from the first laceholes, where small, white fabric cuttings were attached. A red and a blue vein X Converse logo were printed on the tongue, the rubber sole has again a cool vintage vibe with blue color splashes and a clear lower sole. With two different laces and the same rubber patches as with that High we also complete the description.
Release information
Both Colorways will be released on August 1, 2023 and for $ 140 at the Hightop and $ 120 Low. You can buy the Aer Error X Converse Collab on the Converse website and on Ader Error.
My opinion
Usually, most brands play a collaboration more safely and hardly dare to try new things. Ader Error, on the other hand, saw this collaboration as a right opportunity to set a statement.
The vintage vibe and the two completely different concepts are creative for me, perfectly implemented and really cool. We also have two different models, which is also a plus point. Above all, the Hightop Chuck noticed directly through the distressing and would certainly be my choice if there is a purchase.
I was very surprised because I wasn't really interested in the fire, but you really can't complain about the human retail price. Sure, the chuck is not really in the hype at the moment, but still a sneaker that couldn't be more timeless.
