The beginnings of peso

At the age of 17, Justin Fuchs founded the streetwear fire Peso in collaboration with Lorenz Amend (founder of Lfdy). At that time, Justin was still working at the Sparkasse, where he later completed his training as a banker, although he had massive success with YouTube and his fire.

Peso - the first collection

Initially, the fashion fire was smiled at by most older influencers, but was able to properly establish itself after 3–4 drops. Large P logos, stitching on the hood of his hoodies and Tumblr 2018 Vibes with small rose prints and caps. At that time, Justin was celebrated by his YouTube fashion videos and many said that Peso was only overpriced merch. But that should change quickly.

Chaos theory - the breakthrough

In 2020 the T-shirt followed, which catapulted peso into the mainstream. The chaos theory collection with the butterfly shirt was traded in the resell at the time and you were happy to own one. At that time, Virgil Abloh was at work at Louis Vuitton and the influence could be clearly noticed, as with Sidebag from the same material as the famous Duffle from LV. Cargo pants were also pushed into the mainstream by Peso!

After a few other collections with striking logos and trendy silhouettes, Justin wanted to do something else, something more timeless - that leads us to the next section in his career as a fashion brand owner.

Peso Raws

The RAWS was born, its own, unpleasant shirts, hoodies and sweatpants. Sure, it was also excited again that the idea of represent was stolen, but we are honest: everything about the peso raws was different from the British model and half of Germany just didn't want to treat the success. The competition then followed up with his own blank.

Where is Peso today?

The German streetwear fire has also been known in other countries for a good two years now and has mastered internationalization very well. Rappers like Tyga, Central Cee or influencer like the Clermont Twins rock peso - according to Justin, without any deals. The fashion brand is growing more and more and in Tokyo, Japan can even buy the clothes. It is still unclear when there should be a shop in Germany.

Justin had also slowed down his YouTube and streaming career since his great success, even if he had started a little comeback in 2023 by also explaining some things. He just wants to develop better clothes with his team and scale his company higher.
