The world of rock music offers a variety of bands that show new ways with unique music and innovative style. Exactly such a band changed their music genre Rock - Korn in the 90s. With a mix of metal, alternative and hip-hop, they created a new sound, the "Nu Metal". It all started in 1993, when the band was founded in Bakersfield and quickly conquered the hearts of fans with their raw and aggressive sound with their debut album "Korn".
According to Leaks, we get two different sneakers and a whole series of clothes! So stay tuned and take a look at the stuff with me.
What kind of sneakers are planned?
At the beginning we have a model that increases extremely in popularity - the adidas campus! With a black wild leather group and the iconic three stripes on the sides, we have the perfect starting point. Thick, white laces are typical of the campus and go great with the appearance of the sneaker. The band developed its own font and integrated it on the side of the Collab on the Campus lettering and on the other hand on the grain logo on the heel. The sole is made of black rubber with a gums sole directly below.
The second sneaker in the series will be the Adidas Supermodified. It is similar to the superstar in some aspects, such as the TOBOX and the general shape. On one of the two shoes, the logo was embroidered on the tongue, on the other we can see an Adida's logo. The white base is rounded off with black stripes. The rubber sole has been immersed in white and closes the supermodified well.
What do the clothes look like?
Two T-shirts with graphics prints, a black and a purple tracksuit are planned in the 80's adidas optics and a hoodie with a logo. The best from both sides was used in the collection and is certainly cool for the fans of Korn.
Release information
This October it should be so far - the Korn X Adidas Collection will appear on adidas.com and should remain exclusive.
My opinion on the collection
I am not a fan of music and have to admit honestly that I had to read first. The campus are currently really hyped and the Colorway is simply chosen, probably to address as many people as possible. In my opinion, the other silhouette is a bit cool and experimental, but not necessarily my taste, I would like a normal superstar.
